Another Sneak Peak, And Some Technical Dificulties...

Okay, you're all probably wondering what ever happened to the Fabulous Mystery Gift that I promised Laurie when she won my giveaway, right? Well, I finished it... and then I began making something to go with it. Why, oh why did I do that? Well, there was more room in the box, and I had a fabulous idea for something to coordinate with the original gift.

Sooooo, I go into creative-mode and I'm just being all crafty and wonderful with this fabulous concept... and then I hit a wall. But I've still got this incredible vision of what it should look like and I'm fixated like a... whatever. Well, here I think that I've completed the last piece to be added, The Vital Piece of this concept-- and then I realized that I measured wrong and it's too small. OK. I have a few words, ones that only me and Haggie heard... and I walk away. For a few days. Okay, for more than a few days.
But I haven't given up. I'm too in love with this little project to do that. (Besides, once I have it all figured out, I want to duplicate it and make one for myself!) Soooooo, Laurie... it's still in the works, but I think you will like it. I am just so very sorry that it's not finished yet.
Hugs & sincere apologies,

Ooooh, you're right, it is cute!! Poor Laurie, teased to death with cuteness, teehee...

So I kind of have an Eclipse hangover today, drunk from spendid visuals... Mmm... Edward.
I've decided not to let the overabundance of horrendous wigs ruin the movie (big cheesy smile)! Thanks for going with me, that was fun!

Jill, this is just too cute! Love the flowers and the mushrooms! I can't WAIT to see this project when it's completed. You are SO creative!

I know what you mean about making a second one just for YOU. I actually did that on my last gift and I'm so glad. It's just as easy to make two while you're at it!

I can't tell you how many projects are "simmering"....

Its o.k. Jill! We all get it. Sometimes you just have to let the "knot" unfurl in its own time.

It looks so fun and charming so far! adore the mushrooms and Dave,my gnome, would like to live there!

Thank-you for your kind message today!

Hi Jill! I just read the comment you left for Lisa (A Cuppa Tea)about the movie Eclipse, and I wanted to tell you I just died laughing! What a hoot!
I snuck into the theater by myself for a 12 noon showing, and basically drooled all the way thru it! I couldn't even enjoy my popcorn...well, who can eat popcorn with all that yumminess on the screen? hee hee hee! ;) Paulette
